Upon your arrival to the hotel, please check-in on the first floor. You will need to provide a debit or credit card for your room incidentals. If you provide a credit card, the funds will be expected to be released back to your account between 48-72 business hours, depending on your bank. If you provide a debit card, it may take a few days extra to be released back to your account, again depending on your bank.

The exclusive Queenology 2024 event kicks off with a private formal dinner featuring our hosts Bishop RC and Lady Lisa Blakes at the Whitley, a Luxury Hotel, Atlanta Buckhead. Royal Court attendees can look forward to an evening of live entertainment and the opportunity to have professional portraits taken. This gathering promises an intimate and elegant start to the conference, setting the stage for valuable interactions and memorable moments.

ITINERARY

  • This meet and greet is the perfect opportunity to start our Royal Weekend Experience! Come introduce yourselves to each other, get acquainted and cheers to a fabulous weekend ahead! The photographer will begin taking portraits at 6PM. Please note, this is not a personal photo shoot, it will be one portrait.  Arrangements can be made with the photographer for additional personal photography if you desire.

  • You will have one hour prior to the brunch and post brunch for shopping. If vendors choose to remain open during the event, you can shop during meal time. Please plan to support your fellow Queens at the vendor tables, we have vendors all the way from Africa!!

     As a Royal Court Queen, you will receive 20% off all RC BLAKES MINISTRIES merchandise!! We are wearing Queenology t-shirts on Sunday to the special additional event.  The t-shirt colors are black with gold imprint.  Prices are $25.00 for sizes S-XL and $27.00 for 2X-3X. Please stop by the RC Blakes Ministries vendor table to pick-up your t-shirt if you pre-purchased it or purchase one if we have extra ones for sale. There will be no discount for conference T-shirts. T-shirts for Royal Court guests will also be available for pick up on Friday evening.

During any free time, you have the option to relax and rejuvenate yourself. If you are visiting from out of town, ATL is a great city to visit!

Forecast:  This summer has been warmer in Atlanta than usual. Temperatures are currently averaging in the high 80’s.  Please be sure to check the forecast when you are packing.

For those of you who are visiting the city, it is important that you: 

1.  Please Do not go exploring or wondering around alone, day or night. 

2.  If you must carry a purse, a crossbody purse is highly recommended. 

3.  Please be aware of your surroundings.

  • Yes! Men can attend the Queenology Live! Day intensive + brunch, Men’s Round Table, and All-White Reception.  They must be registered in order to attend.  Please see the options available on the website: www.queenology.net 

  • This event is designed for adults.  Unfortunately, we do not have events suitable for young children.  Teens are welcome, but they must be registered and accompanied by an adult. There are no special rates for teens.  We also are not able to offer child care for this event.  Thank you for understanding. 

  • RC Blakes Ministries does not offer refunds.  The venue has been paid and will not refund the ministry in the event of an attendees cancellation.  If you took advantage of the insurance recommended at time of purchase, you can file a  claim to get a refund.  The attendee is completely responsible to file, claim, and follow up with the Regpack Purchase Protection company.

    If you would like to file a claim, please complete the form below. If you have any questions, please reach out to claims@regpacks.com.

    Purchase Protection is a service that is offered to registrants that allows you to be reimbursed if you need to cancel unexpectedly due to health reasons. Physical products and/or merchandise as well as travel that is not included in the program price, are not covered by this service.

    Purchase Protection can be purchased by an applicant at any time and is available until the activity date. If you are on a payment plan, Purchase Protection will be paid in full in the first installment.  All claims are to be filed by the attendee, RC Blakes Ministries does not file claims.  Claims must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days of the incident and must be completed in full with supporting documents. Claims are paid out within 45-60 business days. Delays are possible during peak seasons and holidays.

    All vendors will get one table, a tablecloth and one or two chairs.  Please bring your own Square card reader or safe box for cash and adequate change for cash purchases.

    Set up is at 8:30 a.m. On August 24th, 2023 9:00 a.m.

    Shopping will be from 9:00a.m- 10:00 a.m. and from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. 

    Your Brunch ticket covers admittance to the brunch for 1 person,  if you have an assistant they will also need to purchase a brunch ticket.

  • Yes, you can gift your ticket to someone else. During the sign-up process, please make sure to use their name and email of the person you wish to gift the ticket to, rather than your own.
